‘Sakura’ is an original unique artwork. I will never be able to recreate it! Sakura is the name of a tree with cherry blossoms.

This painting was created for my love of cherry blossoms in Japan. They represent the fragility and the beauty of life. They are a reminder that life is almost overwhelmingly beautiful but that it is also tragically short. Such a strong message from these beautiful delicate flowers.

This painting is textured as the sakura and cherry blossoms are raised from light blue background. The tree also has deliberate cracks to mimic nature. Painted on canvas and is originally hand signed on the side.
