This painting was inspired by fire, the unpredictability of flames and the Australian ranging bushfires we can get. The warm colours on the negative background really stand out. It also has texture as the flame is raised from the background. The cracks also add to the texture and realness of the flame. Painted on canvas and is originally hand signed on the side.
